If you would like to return an item or request a refund, please contact info@eryibeauty.com within 30 working days after delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation so we can advise the next steps and return instructions.
Returns
- Contact us within 30 working days after delivery to request a return or refund.
- For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The buyer pays return shipping.
- Pack your return securely and keep the tracking details until it reaches us. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 working days after delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Cancellations and refunds
For a cancellation, contact us before the order ships. If it has shipped, please request a return under the policy above. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will confirm the refund by email and send it to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
